Why I started this

I'm Bryan Subotnick. I spent thirty years as an attorney reading contracts for a living — which is thirty years of training to notice what's missing, what's buried, and what a document is trying not to say.

When my own digestion changed, I went looking for a supplement to support it and found an industry that reads like the worst contracts I've ever seen: proprietary blends that hide the doses, labels that name an ingredient without telling you how much, and claims nobody will show you the evidence for. I couldn't find a product that simply told me the truth about what was inside. So I built one.

Our standard: proof over promise

Radical transparency isn't a slogan here. It's the operating rule, and it's the reason the company exists.

Every ingredient and its exact dose is printed on the label — no proprietary blends, nothing hidden. Every batch is third-party tested for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbiology. Every product is made in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility. And we publish the Certificate of Analysis for each lot, so you can scan your bottle and read the results yourself. We'd rather show you the work than ask you to trust us.

Our first product: Gallavance

Gallavance is a bile-support supplement formulated to support normal fat digestion, designed around the physiology of how bile works in the small intestine. It comes in two fully disclosed formulas:

• Original — a bile-anchored formula built on standardized ox bile extract, with phosphatidylcholine, artichoke, taurine, ginger, and dandelion.
• Plant-Based — a bile-free option built on microbial lipase and botanicals, for people who prefer no animal-derived ingredients.

Both use delayed-release DRcaps capsules designed to bypass the stomach and release in the small intestine, where fat digestion happens. Gallavance was made for adults supporting fat digestion with meals — including people living without a gallbladder, and people noticing digestive changes while using GLP-1 medications. I'm one of the latter, which is a large part of why this product exists.

The long game

Gallavance is the first Medisyn Labs product. It won't be the last. We're building a portfolio of transparent, fully disclosed supplements for people the market has underserved — the same standard applied every time: disclose everything, test every batch, publish the results.

We're not chasing trends. We're building the company I couldn't find as a customer.
