Shipping policy
Shipping
All orders ship free within the United States via USPS or UPS. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Subscribers receive automatic monthly shipments on the same schedule. You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).
Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time, or on weekends or holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight.
Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control are not grounds for a refund.
Subscription Shipping
Subscription orders ship automatically based on the delivery frequency you select at checkout.

You can manage or adjust your subscription at any time through your customer account.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Issues
If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed, please contact us at
support@medisynlabs.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
Medisyn Labs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Medisyn Labs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost or stolen thereafter.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We recommend shipping to a secure location.
