We understand plans change. Medisyn Labs makes it easy to cancel an order or subscription — no hassle, no hidden steps.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it enters fulfillment processing. Orders typically enter fulfillment within 1 business day of placement. Once your order is being prepared for shipment, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

Email us at support@medisynlabs.com with your order number and we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund. It’s that simple.

Subscription Cancellation

You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. There are no long-term commitments.

• Log in to your account and click “Manage Subscription”
• Choose to skip your next shipment, pause, or cancel
• Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

Changes to upcoming shipments must be made before the order is processed (typically 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment). You can also email us at support@medisynlabs.com and we’ll take care of it for you.

After Fulfillment Begins

Once your order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you’ve received your order and need assistance, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

Cancelled orders are refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
