Refund policy
30-Day Feel the Difference Guarantee
We want you to experience Gallavance with complete confidence. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may return your first bottle within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of your purchase price.
Guarantee Terms:
- Limit one refund per household.
- First bottle only. Subscription renewals are not eligible for the guarantee refund (you can cancel your subscription anytime from your account or by contacting us).
- Contact support@medisynlabs.com within 30 days of delivery to initiate.
- Refund applies to your product purchase price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Beyond the Guarantee - Damaged on Arrival
For orders outside the 30-Day Guarantee or for damage claims, a refund may be issued only if the product arrived damaged in transit AND the bottle remained sealed and unopened.
To be eligible:
- Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Bottle must be sealed and unopened (for damage claim)
- Photo evidence of damage is required (packaging and product)
- Damage must be consistent with shipping/handling, not customer use
How to Request
Email support@medisynlabs.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged packaging. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days. For approved claims, do not return the product - we will issue your refund without requiring return shipment.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Not Eligible For Refund
- Opened or used products outside the 30-Day Guarantee period
- Products refused due to personal preference, taste, or perceived results (beyond the first-bottle guarantee)
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after delivery (guarantee) or more than 7 days after delivery (damage claims)
- Subscription renewals that have already shipped (cancel future shipments before processing - see Cancellation Policy)
- Lost or stolen packages (contact carrier directly)
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are subject to the Guarantee for first bottles only. To prevent charges for future shipments, cancel or modify your subscription at least 48 hours before your next scheduled shipment date via your customer account or by emailing support@medisynlabs.com.
