Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal Disclosure

This page describes the terms that apply when you subscribe to Gallavance products from Medisyn Labs LLC. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy.

WHAT YOU'RE AGREEING TO

When you select "Subscribe & Save" or enroll as a Founding Member at checkout, you are agreeing to a recurring subscription. This means:

  • You will be charged automatically on a recurring basis according to the billing frequency you select (typically monthly).
  • Your subscription will renew automatically until you cancel.
  • There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date with no fees and no questions asked.

PRICING & BILLING

Standard Subscription

The standard Gallavance subscription price is published on each product page and on your order confirmation. The current standard subscription price is $64.99 per month per bottle (subject to change with notice as described below).

Founding Member Subscription

The first 500 subscribers receive the Gallavance Founder Guarantee, which locks the subscription rate at $64.99 per month for five years from the date of subscription, subject to the additional terms set forth on our Founders page (https://medisynlabs.com/pages/founders).

Billing

Your selected payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date. The renewal date is calculated based on the billing frequency you selected at checkout (e.g., every 30 days for a monthly subscription). Your next billing date is shown in your subscription confirmation email and in your customer account portal.

Taxes and shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and disclosed at checkout and on each renewal.

PRE-BILLING NOTIFICATION

We will send you an email reminder approximately 3 days before each scheduled renewal billing. This reminder will include:

  • The date your card will be charged
  • The amount that will be charged
  • A link to your customer account where you can skip, pause, modify, or cancel your subscription before billing occurs

If you do not wish to be charged for the upcoming order, you must take action before the billing date.

HOW TO CANCEL

Cancellation is simple and takes two clicks. You can cancel at any time, with no fees, no minimum commitment, and no retention pressure. There are three ways to cancel:

  1. From your customer account
    Log in to your Medisyn Labs account at medisynlabs.com/account, click "Manage Subscription," then click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm.
  2. Using the magic link
    Every subscription email we send (including pre-billing reminders) contains a "Manage Subscription" link that gives you immediate access to your subscription portal — no password required.
  3. By email
    Email us at support@medisynlabs.com from the address associated with your subscription. We will process your cancellation within one business day and confirm by email.

Cancellations apply to future shipments only. Any subscription order that has already entered fulfillment or has shipped cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy. To prevent the next shipment from processing, please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

PAUSING & MODIFYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

In addition to cancellation, you can:

  • Pause your subscription for up to 3 months
  • Skip an upcoming order
  • Update your payment method or shipping address
  • Add or remove products from your subscription

All of these actions are available in your customer account portal at medisynlabs.com/account.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy, which can be found at medisynlabs.com/policies/refund-policy. In summary:

  • All sales are final once an order has shipped.
  • Refunds are issued only for products damaged in transit and arriving sealed and unopened, with photo evidence, requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you forgot to cancel before a renewal billed, please email support@medisynlabs.com promptly. We will work with you in good faith on unintended renewals, but cannot guarantee a refund once the order has shipped.

PRICE & TERMS CHANGES

We may modify subscription pricing or terms with prior notice. If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies.

For Founding Member subscriptions, the Founder Guarantee Terms set forth on our Founders page apply, and the locked-in Founder rate will not be changed during the 5-year term except as expressly described there.

ANNUAL RENEWAL REMINDER

For subscriptions that have been active for one year or more, we will send an annual reminder of these terms, your subscription details, and how to cancel. This is in addition to the pre-billing notification you receive before each renewal.

YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION

Your payment method information is securely stored by our payment processor (Shopify Payments) and is not stored on our servers. If your payment method expires or is declined, we will notify you and pause your subscription until you update it. If you do not update your payment method within 14 days, your subscription may be cancelled. Founding Members: see the Founders page for how involuntary lapses affect Founder status.
