What happens after the first 500 spots are filled?
The Founder Guarantee closes permanently. New subscribers receive Gallavance at $64.99/month but without the 5-Year Price Lock or Most Favored Rate guarantee. The Founder benefit cannot be applied retroactively.
Am I locked into a 5-year subscription?
No. The Founder Guarantee protects your price — it does not create a minimum commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no fees. If you cancel and later resubscribe, you will receive the standard subscription rate at that time, not the Founder rate. The Founder Guarantee applies to continuous, active subscriptions only.
What does "standard subscription price" mean?
Your standard subscription price is the published monthly Subscribe & Save rate available to all customers on our product pages. The Most Favored Rate guarantee applies to this standard rate. It does not apply to limited-time promotional offers, introductory rates, bundle pricing, or referral credits, which may temporarily reduce the effective price for new customers through other mechanisms.
Can I switch formulations and keep my Founder status?
Yes. Contact us and we'll transfer your Founder Guarantee to the new formulation. Your 5-year clock does not reset.
Can I pause my subscription and keep my Founder status?
Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months and retain your Founder Guarantee. Pauses longer than 3 months will be treated as a cancellation, and the Founder rate cannot be reinstated.
How will I know I'm a Founder?
You'll receive a Founder Guarantee confirmation in your subscription confirmation email, documenting your locked rate and the terms of the 5-Year Price Lock and Most Favored Rate guarantee. Your account will also display your Founder status.
Does the Founder Guarantee apply to one-time purchases?
No. The Founder Guarantee is a subscription benefit. One-time purchases at $74.99 are not covered by the Price Lock or Most Favored Rate.
