These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the Medisyn Social Poster (“the App”), operated by Medisyn Labs.

By authorizing the App through TikTok, you agree to the following:

Authorized Use

The App enables users to publish content to TikTok accounts that have explicitly granted permission via TikTok’s authorization process.

You authorize the App to:

  • Upload and publish content to your TikTok account
  • Access limited account data necessary for publishing and status monitoring

User Responsibilities

You agree that:

  • All content submitted through the App complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines and applicable laws
  • You have the rights and permissions necessary to publish any content you submit
  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content

Restrictions

You may not use the App to:

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Medisyn Labs is not responsible for:

  • Content performance or reach
  • Platform enforcement actions taken by TikTok
  • Temporary service interruptions or API limitations

Termination

Access to the App may be revoked at any time if misuse or policy violations are detected.

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of any updates.
